Having a good oral hygiene routine is in your hands! You can, and should, be doing things at home to help keep your smile bright and your mouth healthy. Here are some reminders:
- BRUSH: at least two minutes, twice per day
- FLOSS: flossing will clean your teeth where your tooth brush cannot reach
- RINSE: keeps bacteria at bay, plus using a fluoride toothpaste can help to reduce decay as well as sensitivity in recession areas
Homecare and regular dental visits are an excellent defense against oral health problems!
